Shipping

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Grand Bay, Alabama. We will update your order with tracking info as soon as it ships and you’ll receive an email. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the Priority shipping. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business day to ship via USPS.
*On shoes, we charge a flat rate of $10 unless we are offering free shipping as a promotion.

*PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $6 reshipment fee along with providing an updated address.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.**
